"Is man related to something infinite---- that is the central question."

The works and founders of the "Upledger Institute" in Cranio-Sacral Therapy developed in the 1970's by Dr. John E. Upledger, D.O., O.M.M, and later on the Barral Institute, by Jean-Pierre Barral D.O. in Visceral Manipulations has intrigued me for many years, and I have the privilege to be studying from these great pioneers since 2011. However, in 1991 I went on studying dental-hygiene in my native country of Switzerland, and in 2007 passed the National Dental-Hygiene Certification from the NDHCB of Canada. The knowledge and work experience I acquired over the years fuelled my desire to explore new avenues in helping to guide people into a more conscious and balanced life style. I also acquired valuable lessons during my volunteer work for mentally and physically-challenged adults and youth during my school years, but also during my professional life.
Since 2008 I have dedicated my studies in Holistic , Osteopathic, and Alternative Manual Healing Modalities in Memory of my beloved Sister Nadine and Mother Lina.
My personal interests in Behavioral Medicine and Psychology include
- Attachment and Trauma Mastery Classes with Dr. Diane Poole Heller
- National Institute of Clinical Behavioral Medicine

Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Steven Porges, Dr. Ron Siegel,
Dr. Pat Ogden to name a few
